Biocodex strengthens its presence in Asia with the official opening of its Vietnamese subsidiary
On April 4, 2025, Biocodex officially inaugurated its subsidiary, Biocodex Vietnam Co., Ltd., in Ho Chi Minh City — a strategic milestone in the Group’s expansion across Asia. This launch also marks a symbolic return to the company’s roots, inspired by the discovery in Vietnam in the 1920s of the probiotic strain Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745, which remains central to Biocodex’s expertise in gut microbiota health.
With this new presence, Biocodex aims to support the long-term development of the Vietnamese healthcare system by offering innovative solutions in three key areas: gut microbiota health, women’s health, and rare diseases.
The inauguration event brought together local health authorities, medical experts, and strategic partners, reflecting Biocodex’s commitment to building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders in Vietnam to better serve patients.
