Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium), completed with an Educational Master in Economics from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium). She began her career at Toyota Motor Europe as Compensation & Benefits specialist, before moving on to Finalyse, a Brussels-based consultancy company specialized in valuation, risk and compliance.
She joined Biocodex Benelux in 2011 and has been instrumental in building solid support in the development of the affiliate on various support functions such as Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain & HR. Since 2023, Kathleen has held the position of Global Finance Manager ( BD, CSR, People).
Mother of two young kids, Kathleen loves to spend time with her family sharing her passion about meeting new people and enjoying good conversations.
Today, Kathleen supports Biocodex as interim on the CFO role, until final replacement.
