Caroline Lataste Chief Customer Experience

Caroline holds an engineering degree from the Higher School of Chemistry Physics Electronics of Lyon (CPE Lyon), completed with an MBA from the Business School Emlyon, the AVIRA program from INSEAD, and ESSEC (Strategic Management of ‘ ‘Innovation), she began her career at L’Oréal as a Project Manager, before moving on to BASF as Key Account Sales Manager.

She joined the Coty group in 2002 and held various positions in innovation, marketing, business promotion and retail.

Since 2019, Caroline has held the position of Vice-President Value Creation, Growth Strategy, Luxury.

Mother of three, Caroline spent several months around the world with her family, which nurtured in her a real curiosity for other cultures, coupled with a very marked interest in geopolitics.  Caroline loves nature and the great outdoors. She practices sliding sports such as skiing and kitesurfing.
